If I could only pick 1 thing in my floral tool kit.. Clauss Stainless Steel floral sissors! The best...I have used them for over 20 years and they are amazing! 6" is the best ! Good luck!! Side note for glue.. use vaseline in your cap so the lid doesn't stick! Its amazing! Great video! Keep it up!
Thank you for these videos. I'm an artist - I actually make flowers out of sketch paper and acrylic paint. I am in the process of rebranding my business for wedding floral design. I know I'm not working with real flowers, but it's helpful to have business insight from a professional florist who has done weddings before. Thank you.
Thank you so much! I would love to see your art if you’re up for sharing. If there is anything else you’d like to see/learn about please let me know :)
Hello!! Thank you for watching along :) the wire is Oasis Rustic wire. I like to get it in the dark brown color and I find that it blends better with all hair colors than the green does. Please let me know if you have any more questions!
Hello! I do get a lot of these materials from a floral wholesaler. Floral Supply Syndicate is one of my favorites. Some flower wholesalers sell supplies as well, but sometimes they don’t have as big of a selection. For items like zip ties, gloves, and loppers I just went to my local Home Depot. I hope that helps :)
Hello! I haven’t seen plastic coated chicken wire at Home Depot before. The kind that I buy is from Oasis and it comes in a dark green color. I typically spend around $60 for a roll that’s lasts forever if you recycle the mechanics after using them :) I hope that helps!
