This coaching style is much easier for a dude. Not as forgiving for a female coach, which may sound lame, but it is the reality. Parents and players are much more critical of tough love from female coaches and language that borders inappropriate- just my opinion (ie, “Tails, asses and butts” not entirely well appreciated by players/parents). I don’t disagree with the strategy, its just a trickier execution.
My experience is that a female Coach is much tougher for the players than the male counterpart. It is not the language that is being used, it is the way you communicate with the players, verbally and physically. I've seen female coaches on men's Teams and ohhh boy, did these guys want to work for her. With the parents is a complete different story, especially when they are more fanatic than the player. That's hell on earth. The most important thing is, BE YOURSELF.
Thats awesome. Such a Motivation. Thx Mike!
I would love to get a copy of the clinic book.
Did you find?
How can we buy the book from this clinic? I'm from Portugal and loved to get the papers/book from
I love the videos, but the video crashes for a short span of time. Is there any way for you to send the full video or reupload?
