I changed my mind on striker being a C+ since I now know it can stun bosses meaning it has potential on Doombringer, turking, exec, etc with that being said it gets an A tier
@@BreadNoobzz in your defense when the description of it said "can effect even those who are knockback resistant" i don't think anyone expected literrally *anything* except stuff with omni immunity ( which i think is just tanks and bedridden on enemy side)

nah but it does do 4 times the base damage on enemies it lands on
youre actually killing me from not showing the reason striker might be used and for guessing the operator damage
