Driving shouldn't be rated as it can't be controlled by others - the only thing that can be done is told by the staff to fix up the driving stuff, I see it's made to decrease the rating of the picked server

Driving is not just how well the others around me drive. Its also including the amount of people around driving
Like some servers you can just drive and never see anyone
