Tina, on models without the Time Cook button: 1. press "power". PL 10 will appear. If you wish to change power level, press Power button until you reach your desired setting. (PL 10 is full power, PL 5 is 50%, etc.) At this time, you can enter your desired time, and press start. Hop this helps!

Mine doesn't show the p 10. It only shows a 1-20 and won't allow you to push a number
Enter cook time, then select power level. You will then be able to enter power level 1 through 10.
You should tell how to change the power level for those Magic Chef older models which don't have a time cook button at all.
