    It’s like I found a gem 💎 why does no body talk about Cadence? I’ve run 4 half marathons and I’ve always struggled with breathing and maintaining consistency in my pace. Your videos already made understand the technical part of running. I’m sure about improving now cuz I know how to improve them thanks to you! You are incredible man

      I do agree with you, low cadence is so common and I rarely see fast enough cadence. It is something that doesn't happen on it's own, my cadence was around 150, but I started using metronome at 180 to increase my cadence and it improved my running so so so much. After a high tempo run using higher cadence, I actually felt I could still run and had energy, unlike before with lower cadence. And my speed in the same heart rate level improved 15-20 % just by changing the cadence.
