Deerlake Ranch is a smallish community of 4 subdivisions made up of approximately 314 traditional two story homes. Well, we say traditional, but there's not much traditional about them other than the fact that they have front and back yards and they are NOT some sort of a detached condo. No, these are large contemporary homes, built from around 2021 and continuing through 2024.
For those seeking an extraordinary home within a calm and tranquil setting, this is it. Even better, most of the community is gated to vehicle traffic, providing residents with an added layer of privacy.
As of late 2023, the Ridgepointe and Crestley subdivisions are complete and occupied, while Pulte Homes is diligently progressing with the development of the Skyline and Horizon neighborhoods.
The 2 story homes are sized from approximately 3,000 up to around 4,300 square feet, each with a 2 or 3 car garage. All have a front and backyards, many large enough to add a built-in swimming pool.
