@@cloudysquad7630 No it isn’t. They only compete against their age division. Overall just means it placed 1st out of any group of any performance division (i.e. jazz, ballet, musical theater, ballet, hip hop, ballroom, tap, specialty, lyrical) in the pee wee groups.

yes. this is THE DANCE AWARDS (As you can see on the back ground). the most competitive and prestigious dance nationals in the country.
