Technically yes. The in-ear audio is personalized, so every artist hears a different mixture of the backing track, metronome, and vocals. They'd always hear their live vocals (I think they usually hear soft backing vocals to help keep them on pitch if it's a song that has a really hard dance (like icsm from twice, that chorus is hard)), but people will all hear various mixtures. Some people may want their in-ear to be mostly the metronome while others may opt for a louder backing track.
But as an overall yes this is what they'd hear, just a more personalized mix
