How funny is that, we were almost opposite Andy and the Westinghouse last Oct in the New Forest, really interesting engine, nice to see some more regulars, saw you were parked next to the green showmans in the arena, he gets around all over the place. I'm really looking forward to our next gig which will be Hollycombe Museum in two weeks, should have been at Fawley Hill this bank holiday but it got cancelled due to the rain they had earlier :-(
I've got another little event on that weekend that I *may* be able to attend subject to approval from senior management. Other than that it's 23rd June when I'm roading to Bloxham on the Garrett. All 15 miles of it.........
@@SteamOTR We did Bloxham back in 2018 good rally from memory although I seem to remember a LOT of hanging about waiting to go in the arena. Trouble was we got totally stuck in piles of traffic up the A34 that year meaning what should have taken 2hrs ended up over 4hrs, thus senior management now wont entertain it again. Enjoy the Road run to it, the Garret should munch 15miles without too much of an issue.
Engine is great, and the camping system is cool I think we should consider that, I worry to adults on the top of the car feels weird 😮
Yer, and it's a small space, but it does the job, and saves taking up extra space.

What are the various feul's used in the miniature steam engines coal ,charcoal briquettes or natural, wood or other?
Generally they all run on coal. It's becoming hard to get, but it's still preferred regardless of size.
