Call the board of health..put your rent in escrow until the repairs are made .. Sometimes the fines are cheaper to pay for them instead of fixing it..Keep on it .The board of health is on the tenant's side.
Nowhere in this report did they say that the Tenants weren't paying any Rent or Low Rent. A Corporation OWNS this Building & they are Obviously making MONEY every Month otherwise they would Sell it. Stop being Obtuse !
Wonder if they pay their rent on time, I am a landlord myself, I treat my tenants as families and we look out for each other. When there is anything i need to fix I will do it right away. The main point is my tenant lived at the apartment for 10 years and never once late on their rent. Treat others like how you wanted to be treated ❤❤❤
I am sure they do. You should be infuriated with this slumlord ! There's been a lot of management agencies doing this through out New York & isn't fair to any tenants. That's about the worst I have seen on camera. You may treat your tenants well but these landlords & managements aren't.. This really sucks how these people are suffering in that building. 😡
