I know it's hard to grasp, but the labour party can do what ever they want due to lots of not so clever people voting for them!

But if you look at the people that actually voted 'for' Labour then it amounts to around 12% of the electorate as apparently 42% of their actual voters only did so to get rid of the Tories according to a survey of reasons... People actually voting for their policies was about 1-2%... They are and will always be a minority government that has no mandate whatsoever to be in power other than because somewhere a bunch of MP's decided on a certain system because it benefitted them the most! Fact is we will never have a true democratic system as it scares the hell out of the politicians (direct democracy).

@@greyvoice7949 1000% agree with you, but it's not the road they took, it's if they got there that counts, and therefor, we will just have to sit back and watch, and know that many who voted Labour as a slap in the face to the Tories, will be chewing their knuckles as the labour party do everything they can to destroy the UK. Next time around, maybe many more will vote Reform. I was one of the unlucky ones who had no reform candidate to vote for. Long Live the Reform party.

You speak more sense than David Lammey, in his speech when he first got the foreign secretary job, he was more proud of his skin colour and his apparent struggle to get so high in government than he was at being granted such a responsibility, as far as I'm concerned he's an idiot and I fear he will cause more problems than he will solve! I dont know where ths country is heading at the moment but it doesn't look hopeful, you stay safe.
