Vandalism is caused by deranged warped individuals and the damage they do cost taxpayers, public transport users and business millions every year and these costs are passed on to consumers and ratepayers and taxpayers. I am not talking about wall murals done by commisinoned respected artists. Vandalism is only tolerated in countries with laxed laws where so called human rights lawyers and bs people who claim vandalism is freedom of expression. WTF!
