Because it is like all we feel all the fucking time. Many things to deal with, at the same time: career, family, relatioship, education, novelties, mean neighbours, social medias, Ukraine x Russia, that cursed dog that doesn't stop barking, my weight loss is a failure, my hair is falling out of my head, that job colleague who is a fucking nasty and bad bitch person, so on and on.
But we shall pass it on, to the other souls who need it, down the road in the time to come. 🖤💙💔 Her music and poetry is timeless and eternal! SHE is timeless, an incurable romantic, an old soul with strength, bravery and grace.. but most of all..SOOOOO much heart! 🥹
This song bring back many memories, when I was battling depression and addiction, trying to distract myself by being on the road, drinking and sharing bed with strangers, out of control , but thank God I'm okay at the moment and I'm trying my best to heal and stay sober ♥️
*To me, this is my most personal Lana song.* I can't listen to this without crying. It reminds me of everytime I cut or nearly drank myself to death. Or the lonely nights I would spend in my truck, homeless. A drunk coke addict with nothing to look forward to but death. And yet, Lana would help me pull forward. I can only wish I could tell her how much she means to me. Thank you Elizabeth Grant for everything you've done ❤ You may not know it, but your music has saved a life, at the very least, my own

"i'm tired of feeling like i'm fucking crazy'' that part is so relatable. i love lana del rey so much. she's one of the best artists from the world. her songs are just so beautiful and magical
how i depict this song is: shes struggling but all she knows is up. all she knows is to keep driving on that road like how you keep going in life. "i hear the birds on a summer breeze, i drive fast" i think this means nature helps to motivate her, like i do. im sorry if i missed the whole point of the song lol.
"Been tryin' hard not to get into trouble but I, I've a war in my mind so, I just ride." Is so relatable. I love lana so much. She gets me like nobody else can

This song reminds me of my little brother In 2018, when he was six, he was killed in a school shooting and this song played at his funeral. It reminded me and my older sister too much of him, like it was his song to us, as this song also played on the radio when we brought him home from the hospital when he was born. “I’m tired of feeling like I’m f**king crazy” reminds me of when I was told that he was killed, it didn’t feel real. I miss him and wish he were still here, love from his big sister 💕
Thank you guys for your support throughout this process, being honest, it’s hard to lose a sibling. I’m doing better now about it than I have in the past, I have a picture of my brother in my locker and I can still hear him laughing 🥹😇
Okay, another story, earlier today I was told that my dad was arrested for sexually abusing me, my dad never did anything like that towards me, I’ve already lost my little brother and five years later I lose my dad, I don’t even want to know who I’m losing next
This song hits hard going through a heartbreak…i just go ride listening to it while having a bit of hope the pain will pass and everything will be ok…the road is endless…
This may sound pretentious, but I mean it when I say this, *this song saved my life.* ❤ Along with another eternal piece of music (Champagne Supernova/Oasis), whenever I came close to "ending it", or whenever I was overwhelmed by the stranglehold of my coke and alcohol addiction....whenever I just wanted to cut myself because I hate the man I see in the mirror that much, this song always gave me the strength to just continue forward. And just 'Ride...'...Live life knowing you're not perfect, but you always have the chance to do it better the next day, the next time. I'm only 24 and *I want to live.* Thank you Elizabeth Grant for teaching me that and for making me accept being at peace with myself with that truth ❤
It is finally apparent that people naturally Just Ride from overwhelming situations that they create. Not only that, but it is an essential coping mechanism to prevent suicide. Most importantly, it is a survival tactic 💪
every time I hear her voice I feel so happy but at the same time so sad cause i know i am never gonna meet her or go to her concert so i just lisen to her voice and do nothing for hours
What's really rough is when you are struggling to keep your ride or rides even...going to take that drive...been there...more than a few times. Many things to be grateful for though...just hard at times.

This is actually in Phoenix, AZ. It’s the road to the top of South Mountain ♥️
Its similar.
