Just finished the new season, and I'm glad that at least these two have a happy ending. I never really focused on these two during the first season, it was more of me hating on Gabriel for being an a$$, but I never really cared for them. Anyways, while unexpected on my end, I love the Ineffable Beaurocracy and I love their simple growth into each other's Heaven/Hell, as well as their complicated relationship of being on opposing sides. Once again, I'm so glad AT LEAST these two are happy. They even have a theme song! 😭😭😭
I already knew about Ineffable Bureaucracy but only as a crackship, when I was watching the second season with a friend she told me "Why do I feel like the one Gabriel was seeing was Beelzebub?" We laughed for a while until we put the clues together and there was a moment of silence in the Victorian episode where we figured it all out, but then we agreed that that would be impossible and that it would only happen in fanfics. You can imagine our reaction which Anton Ego little by little rebelled Gabriel's flashbacks. The Ineffable Husbands thing is another story (not a very good one) but since then my head is only full of pure fanfics about these two and I need immediate help.
Ineffable bureaucracy was definitely a very unexpected, but a welcome suprise🤍🖤 after finishing the season I got so obsessed with them and then found out the ship has existed for years 😂 like I can’t imagine how fans that shipped them before they even interacted felt about this season
I remember me and my friends back in 2019 pairing Gabe and Bee as a crackship that stemmed from their very brief interaction as they just exuded so much Married Couple energy with Gabe casually poking Bee (whereas if it were anyone else, they would have bitten their hand off but not Gabe hmmmm...) and huddling together to discuss. We all went through the phase of heavily reading just every Ineffable Bureaucracy on Ao3 and in retrospect a lot were very far off from the canon 😅 it was mostly very kinky hate sex-y enemies to lovers but nonetheless the reveal of their cute story this season is enough to get my friends on the groupchat again sending feral messages to each other. Sorry for the lengthy comment 😅 I'm just thrilled to see this ship sail. A lovely surprise!
Omg I can’t imagine how amazing it must have felt to be validated and them becoming actually canon haha ngl I prefer enemies-to-lovers so that kind of fics are my cup of tea and wish we saw more of that development in the show because they’re so tooth-achingly sweet in the show😂 like I love it don’t get me wrong, but a bit spice would’ve been great as well!

@paulinutec They did! When the Apocalypse was averted and both Beelzebub and Gabe came from their respective head offices to check out what was going on. Then they had a hushed conversation about how difficult it would be to deal with their war-hungry angels/demons, it was adorable.
Ah this is so cute ❤❤ I never expected to care for other pairing besided Azicrow but these two stole my heart. Loved this, epecially the 'devils roll their dice and angels role their eyes' bit. So on point 👌
I love it! The text and the overlays are perfect. Also, you can't go wrong with a TS song. You managed to make a really long vid considering how little screen time these two had. I wish we had more scenes with them. Their relationship is really interesting.

since i knew about the ineffable bureaucracy because of the crackship i "predicted" the twist since the first episode that i saw the fly... but i predicted it as a fucking joke... i was just as shocked as everyone when i realized neil freaking gaiman made it canon... THE ASSHOLE THAT HE IS (lovingly). So happy for them and the only speck of joy the season finale left me with.
