What a horrible idea to mark trees with paint, instead learn to use a compass and wear it on a lanyard around your neck. Please respect the out of doors.
You're right. But you see, it's just a hack people use during emergencies. For example, when you forget bringing your compass or navigator. You don't forget that everytime, do you?
.. Agree ,, DON'T DEFACE THE BACKCOUNTRY ENVIRONMENT !! ...........if you need to mark a trail ,, carry a length of bright colored para cord or surveyors tape ... remove when you leave on way out ..
.. Save the artwork for your major cities ...
@@goOutdoorZoneYou forget a compass, but just happen to have a bottle of spray paint? That makes no sense! 🤣
As a conservationist who has worked on trails and removing invasive trees. A little paint isn’t that big a deal.
Survey tape is cheap af done paint trees that the dumbest thing ive ever heard🤯

I think using a plastic container to carry the matches would be a better idea. No glass breakage
That could be a nice idea!
Yes, I agree. I am heading to $ Tree to find a suitable replacement. Plastic could burn if melted by a match. I was thinking of something lightweight metal. Even something that you can use a canning jar ring on top of but metal below.
Zip lock baggies lol
Chalk is natural and can be used for marking a trail or string tags, also last time we went out we needed walkie-talkies or radios as our phones didn't have service since we had people in different vehicles
Good insight! Thsnks for sharing.
These are great.
Glad you like them!

Use a burnt stick to mark paths
Thanks for the wonderful idea!

Never keep your matches in a container with the striker anywhere near the heads.
Great tip! Thank you.
@@goOutdoorZone speaking from experience... 🔥🌋
Just invert the inside to the outside. Always can put the matches in a baggie before the jar so they won't strike. Or cover up the striker with a baggie or Saran wrap.
@@cindyshields2800 spot on like I said just don't keep the strikers and heads together 💥
I would never waste my Doritos on starting my fire! I would freeze to death first!
Some of these are a bit of overthinking it. Rather than carving up the soap and storing the shavings just get an 89 cent plastic soap container. And you're camping... you don't have time to look for kindling so you use Doritos!? And the scrambled egg thing campers have known for years.
You have a point, but these hacks of course depends on the perspective and situation.
Don't forget to use your neighbor's tent as a late-night urinal.
hahahahahahaha!
Reading these comments makes me laugh lmao. People.... Get off your high horses 😂
It's okay. Different perspective helps you see things from different angles.
Don't even think about spraying paint on trees
Okay.
People with a fetish for suffering outside should just join the military. They will be obliged. I like comfort...
hahahaha! We understand. But, different people, different opinion.

I feel this haha. I don't remember which comedian said it, maybe katt Williams or Kevin Hart, but camping is just white people pretending to be homeless 🤣 all jokes but I thought it was hilarious
Chill out miss entitled we get it you were born with a silver spoon in ya mouth 😂😂
or keep matches in a tin 👌 also please respect trees rather than this ❤️
Thanks a bunch for sharing!
So much bla bla bla
