A lady who spoke from the heart with compassion and a lifetime of wisdom. To appreciate everyday and live a good pure life is true internal happiness. What an inspirational lady. Your smile makes me happy Alice. Rest in the Peace of beautiful music.
What faith? What determination? What survival instinct? What an inspiration? What a joy and heart breaking film? What an incredible person? Thank you for sharing. My love, peter
Thank you so much for sharing this jewel. SHE WAS A MIRACLE! Words can't express how much I admire her... such a beacon of hope, inspiration and wisdom! Such an example of true human kindness. I had heard many interviews, but never this complete video, just excerpts. Listening her wonderful music and ideas restore our faith in humanity and remind us that humans aren't ALL that bad, after all: once every few decades one, or two, exceptions are born. One of my favorite human beings ^^
Bravo to a most exquisite musician, who only saw good in people. She survived Therezenstadt and is such an incredible inspiration to those who have been deeply moved by a story most extraordinary. A true mensch. She loved the gift of life and this reverberates through her music.
Alice Herz-Sommer ~ “I think I am in my last days, but it doesn’t really matter because I have had such a beautiful life,” “I have lived through many wars and have lost everything many times - including my husband, my mother and my beloved son. Yet, life is beautiful, and I have so much to learn and enjoy. I have no space nor time for pessimism and hate.’’

This video was one of the greatest life lessons I ever had. I couldn't find it in Portuguese.. my mom is 70 and can't speak or understand English, it would be great if she could watch and understand it. Can you translate this to PT-BR? If you need help just ask me! I would be proud helping you.
.This is so extremely touching.
What a great soul she was.
.So much love and purity and optimism
.May her soul remain with the angels
