Nice Junior pull. He was the Mike Trout 1/1 pull of the 90's almost. I kind of miss those days as the best part was the cheap gum! There was almost nothing out there that was auto'd by companies like Topps and Upper Deck, you either had to send them in to the team and hope it gets signed or do it in person. That made the whole era suck though! I couldn't imagine beind a kid now days and pulling a Trout auto or getting some auto for your birthday or Christmas😂

If there "vintage" pack range is 1981 to 1999? then that KGR is probably one of the 3 or 4 best pulls possible. The only others being the 84D Mattingly and 93SP Jeter, and I don't even know if 93 SP is ever included in their sub boxes. Did I miss anyone?

LMAO it's exactly what I thought. 80% we're bad with a few cool ones and I could hear in his voice that he was over it... Good for him such a super cool dude. Sent me an amazing care package when I got back into collecting and it meant a lot PLUS seeing one pulled live is dope.

@@NYYanksFan7 there are a few goodies and he does a whole production that is very cool. The guys that treated me like a real person and that I love the content/character they put on display are either already in or on this ballot with a great chance to get in... I think it's an honor and shows that people do watch and sometimes the videos can change a person's day (as corny as that might sound)... I had just gone thru a surgery and couldn't leave the house so their channels (you guys) where part of my recovery and got me out of a dark time... *PLUS* the cards made me feel like a kid again. So good for you bro and *JOSH* RATED ROOKIE is as good as it gets as well. Thanks both of you 🙏👏👌

I actually get the mix of Vintage and Modern Baseball. I have gotten my moneys worth each month mainly from the Modern because of Autograghs and Relic cards which are in those pack but I did pull Cal Ripkin Jr 1983 Donruss which isn't 1982 but still great to get. I also pulled a John Smoltz 1989 Upper Deck Rookie Card. Haven't had it graded but it would be ether a PSA 9 or 10.

I no longer bid on mystery boxes. Seems like the sellers place all the crap they could not sell into them as a way of unloading their inventory.
Kept saying nothing there even after you pulled a Fisk, Clemens, Carter, Molitor, Sutton, Fingers, Rose. I mean these are HOFers or should have been HOFers. And these packs are all from a pretty worthless era, when the market was flooded with huge sets from a lot of different companies. There are maybe a dozen cards produced after 1982 or so that are really worth anything, so hitting some HOFers is about the best you can hope for.

Centering is off on the front and psa is sooooo picky with griffeys. Id say its an 8 or a 9. Id be happy with a 9. Nonetheless super sweet card! love it!

Have you ever opened the repacked wax card box? I asked my daughter to order a box of 36 packs for me on Mother's Day and I hope they won't be packed with modern day heritage cards. I would much rather get checklists

Heritage is now. It's the 2020s trend. Vintage belongs with vintage. You can't put a lion in the same cage with a rabbit!🤪

Looks like a 8 to me but dang you are so lucky. I bought like 20 packs of the series 2 and no griffey.
It did grade PSA 8. I posted the submission results a few months later.
