thank you for showing us how the same dough can be cooked in a variety of appliances and still have good results. And I think this is the best unboxing of an Advent calendar that I’ve ever seen.
Could you have added the jelly to the dough as you were mixing it up to use the sugar in it to feed the yeast and it would add flavor and color at that point? The only times I tried making bread, the first time it came out beautifully and everyone wanted me to make more. Then the next few times was a complete disaster and I gave up trying. By the way have you seen any of these drones over your area at night? I was thinking, imagine if they start concentrating over a certain area over the next few weeks and it turns out that a baby is born under them on the 25th?👶🏻
I don’t know if that would work because the natural yeasts in sourdough starter feed off of flour and it’s a delicate balance and ratio to keep it happy and well fed. It’s only flour and water. I saw several large drones last night as I was driving from Long Island back to New Jersey. They were in the air above Brooklyn. They were very clear to see in the distance from the Throgs Neck Bridge. They appeared to be quite large. And I also saw what looked like other drones in the air around Manhattan. I have yet to see any in New Jersey, but I’ve heard that they can be mistaken for planes.

Looks delicious…a lot of work, but definitely delicious! 👍🏼
That was a very thorough demo. Thanks.
I didn’t know about using 30% less water with the einkorn. Thank you!
Bring others joy was the message on the inside of number 13, and you definitely do that!
Excellent video!
Thanks.
