I might have posted this question on another video but it seems more appropriate here: On a Haas controller in a G02/G03 motion the R value is set to the variable #112 (R-TEMP)=64.+#103 (radial offset). For some reason it looks into the variable and only keeps the number part, ignoring the added variable. I duplicated the program and edited it to use Is and Js but it will either alarm with the typical variable input, or will run for only 1 loop if I 0. the added variable.
how to use radius character using (R) I want to make a ball shape or half round shape in x y z axis can you reply sir in cnc milling machine Fanuc 2" concave radius
Hi Tom great videos, I'm trying to make some macros myself and I downloaded some software programs, but my question is how do you draw the geometry on the software your using and manipulate it on g code wizard software? thank you
Thanks for making this! I'm a lathe guy, but I did something similar to make a simple chucking ring set. I could see how this could be very useful!

Great video man as usual. I would like to see another video on this subject if you get the time. I'm going to try and use this method at work.
what is the software you are using for the simulator?
Hey Tom,
Are you planing to do a video of using macros for turning part on a lathe - i.e. ellipse or hyperbola shape/equation?
Mr tom, thanks for the vídeo, but this issue of goto100 can get down well. N100 has to do with it??
great video man.

Tom, What software are you using for the G code simulation?
Nikolay Georgiev
The code simulator is an editor that you can download from cnccookbook.com. Thanks for watching.
what simulator software are you using? I have used NCplot but found it not usefull with macros
NCplot is probably the best for working with Macros!
Thanks
