The h100 is fundamentally identical to the h300 in terms of how it extracts juice and the power of the motor. What you miss out on with the h100 is quality of life improvement of the "self-feeding": which saves a lot of time on prep and feeding.
Hey, The Hurom H100 can juice ginger however if that is one of the main things you are looking to juice, it may be better to look into a horizontal model of juicer since they can handle leafy greens and fibrous ingredients better.

Hey maykz2127, Sure is! Since its a vertical juicer, it can juice pretty much any type of berry with ease.
