Im the first gun owner in my family. I have to learn this on my own to learn it the first time and to teach my son so he doesn't have the same struggle.
I’m trying to start my deer hunting journey in California so I can pass the skill down to my children and enjoy the tasty yield of a venison harvest. Any advice for someone starting out that wasn’t covered in this video?
I've recently delved into deer hunting and found success bagging my first 6 point buck with the help of an online course from MOUNTAINSIDE WILDLIFE SOLUTIONS. They not only provided valuable instruction but also allowed me to retain the course material for future reference. I highly recommend their courses to fellow hunters.
Same here! I used to hunt with my dad when I was kid but now that I’m older I hunt with my friends or by myself! But I only went birds hunting with my dad!
I have been looking at this he BC15 from bear creek for a while and this video and how genuine this guy is, cements my thoughts. Bear creek is amazing and I need my own rifle from yall!
I recently got into deer hunting and I took a course online that help me shoot my first 6 point buck! The course was by MOUNTAINSIDE WILDLIFE SOLUTIONS and they let you keep the course material and i reference it every year. Highly recommend.
I hunt public WMA Lands here in Alabama. What kind of stand would you reccomend for me? Im a beginner never been in a tree stand . I want the safest setup as I am about 200lbs I rifle hunt, I have been told Saddles are fun too? Just would like your opinion on what I should start in and be safe!
Ever thought of holding a giveaway for a rifle like once a year; maybe try to get a non rifle household? Could help some familys needing some cheaper food
I had no idea that BCA is just up the road from me, been on the forklift at goodyear for 10 years, wish you guys had employment oppurtunities, would be awsome to be part of a winning team
I am looking for an AR platform upper for deer hunting. What would be a good one. I do have an AR 15. I just want an upper that I can put on my current lower.

@@Bear_Creek_Arsenal Just a little bit of a tip. Messages like this sound very corporate, like you don't care at all. I own a 5.56 BCA which I've put a couple thousand rounds through with barely any malfunctions. I love your products, but I would recommend not sending messages like this.
@@rabidskylark2065I get that it sounds very corporate and not human, but I’m not really sure what else they could’ve said instead. A bolt blowing up in someone’s face is a very very serious claim so it’s understandable they would respond professionally.
Honestly, as a woman, it really doesn't bother me at all. I'm not trying to wedge myself into someone else's vocabulary, just learn from the actual important information.

That silence says a lot. Probably a negative.
I used to hunt with my dad as a kid and looking to get back into it after living in a city for 20 years.
I definitely need a refresher.
Same here. Only went bird hunting a few times with my Dad, but really want to have this skill to pass on to my future children

I never realized that scouting is so vital. I was always under the assumption you just go and sit. Pretty amazing

Best scent killer I have found is turpentine it smells like pine trees since it's made from pine trees
Great video thanks! I didn’t know any of the beginner level stuff because I’ve never went hunting before
I'm in NC as well. I would like to know if there is a training class of something. I can do. Get the feel of it

6.5 Grendel is one of the best overall calibers for dear hunting in the AR platform
@@Bear_Creek_Arsenal what about the 450 Bushmaster. A coworker said they were good.
I've harvested alot of deer with the 7.62x39 all one shot
@@rogerbaird4492are you in a straight wall rifle cartridge state?
I run a 308 ar10 has been amazing for me
My father used to let the hunters hunt on his land until a bullet came through the house. Hunters also also need to use common sense.
My guy I'm not sure what word you were trying to think of at 10:20, but a toboggan is a sled not a piece of headgear.
Here In the south thats what we call it but I know what your talking about lol people think we’re crazy

Watching this for when SHTF 😂
Allowed by our government??
You are confused brother
Thanks for the Beginner's Guide!
You should avoid using the term "guys" as you teach -- my daughter is interested too!
What's next? Woke pronouns? How does that even help the nation and the mess were all in? I've always used "guys" universally.
Stop. Please.
