Thanks a ton. I have a question though. What if my child isn't interested in a particular material or subject, and she doesn't want to work with that activity no matter what, how do I convince her to keep trying even if she fails....? She gets dejected when it doesn't work out and never wants to touch it again. What do I do?
I've tried keeping away the activity for a while and then bringing it back after a month's time, tried different methods to make it look interesting...but she's never inclined to it. The dejection she faced once , has impacted her so much that she never wants to try anymore .

I just can't eliminate that activity/subject as it's a part of the curriculum right...even though she doesn't want to try?
