Hongaku's weapon is called a kusarigama. It consists of a hooked blade and a small weight connected by a chain. Traditionally, the weight is thrown to wrap around enemies weapons or limbs, effectively disarming them, while the blade would do the actual killing.

Usually caution is better than recklessness, for this game each of the characters show different strengths and weaknesses.
Hangaku for the most part has the most reach with her attacks, but has no way to block her opponents attacks as Arin mentioned I'm guessing, and Bailong looks like a hard counter to her, since he has a move that can dive in to your face and smack your shit up before you can react. So Hangaku needs a little set up time before she can launch her attack again it seems.
Game looks interesting but would need more tweaking imo, the music near the end of the vid is pretty rad though.
Dan is the ultimate warrior. Peaceful until required otherwise.

Hangaku's weapon is the trap card "Kunai with chain". it allows you to either change the opponent's battle position or you can equip it to one of your monsters to raise its atk by 500!

Or... There could be a way of penalizing anxious players for drawing too quickly. That would force them to wait... And wait... THEN GO! for the adversary - with increasing tension!
Thanks! You think that would be better? Just moving to attack? Most people that play the game think that it is already too simplistic. The game would be completelly different that way. I know the duels aren't as tense as the movie, since the movie duel is amazing, but I did my best to create that feeling! I guess the tension of the duel depends a lot with who is playing. There are players that run straight through and attack and others that wait patiently for a counter. Do you have the game on the Nintendo Switch?

@@billyjohnson9864 Its actually mummy-thing (maybe) and Bailong. The only two that appear to have a lunging attack. The others can block, dash, but there is an opening unless you can attack quickly.

About Hangaku's weapon: Dynasty Warriors calls it a chain sickle, and I had a character use it in DnD, and it was pretty damn useful, both as a weapon and as a tool.

ThatGirlBarney You seem to miss the point of the discussion do to your clear lack of mental capabilities, and thought process to make an argument, therefore you go for mocking the opposing side, as I have just shown as an example. Their argument is that although he is joking most of the time it is still annoying when he acts obnoxious after a victory. Or when he forces Dan to have the same matchup so he can have another victory. Although he is usually joking sometimes it is unclear and when he is joking sometimes it is aggravating the way he jokes about it, repeating the same situation. We would rather he allow himself and Dan to experiment more and have more fun rather than gloating and repeating the same thing. If you thought through their comments and hadn't immediately gone with, imitating in a ridiculous way, much like a debilitated monkey, you would have seen they didn't mean, "Screw Arin" but rather that they think the way he acts for a joke is repetitive and annoying.
