This is such a great video. I recommend this to everyone who's interested in Combat Interceptors as you get a brief run-down of each ships strengths and weaknesses. What makes EVE awesome is that you have to adapt to different situations and there's not one 'right' way to do things.
How about some fits for the Fleet Interceptors that mimic the combat inty role? Obviously many of them favor kiting (rightly so, given point range bonus) but there's some viable brawling fits out there as well.
MrKibitt I did a Rocket Crow video on my channel, The stiletto doesn't do enough DPS with only 2 Turrets, Ares could be somewhat viable with rails+scram kiting, and Malediction can work, the main issue is just really low DPS, it's hard to kill a target out of position before his friends arrive and save him.
Dual prop Taranis is one of the longest running viable fits. Love it.

because they dont mimic the combat role which they are not designed for

How do you get your mouse to be so noticeable like that? Is there a setting in game for that?
It's a setting you can use in Bandicam, the software I used to record.
