Very Nice Initiative .... I am a 1st Year CSE student....I have learnt Python in my +2 and now we are learning C ....I will try my best to contribute in this project....!!!
i am in... i think i have missed lot because i am not checking telegram very often .... i have done temperature logger with arduino & k-type thermocouple ic i will continue with it ... i am not much good in programming . but if needed i can add value in hardware design like adding high sampling ADC, or display , SD card ,RTC , or isolation for USB or network connector
great it is an open source project so we need people like you I would urge u to visit git hub and get up to date and hard ware sues SD card write would be great & RTC too

"SD Card Reader Writer Module" ka use bhi kar sakte hai. Direct Arduino to SD card OR ESP32 to SD card.

Bhai agar aap is open-source project ko long term le jane ka soch rahe hain to please make for linux also because open-source project are more survivable in linux. Also, microsoft bought github that means in future Microsoft will put some sort of restrictions when it got full influence so new platform gitea is arrived which is currently fully open-source. Also in windows 11 for .exe file you have to give some fees to Microsoft to have authorisation otherwise it will not install. Overall, Microsoft is the Antonym of open-source. I am saying this because for long term, you have to bear such things in mind.
LoL see only Microsoft matters as of now.linux is useless for non techy people. If u use Linux distribution u can just run the python script.

7:44 little bit confusing here.
*It output CSV file or CSV realtime stream log*
1) if its output cvs file , then it have to store the file in ram/disk of Arduino, but the problem is *ram is only about 2KB and disk is 32KB* so, we need add *SD card* to Arduino.
Benefit: it can able do logging without need continues connect (Bluetooth, wifi, USB) to PC.
2) if it output CSV stream log.
It needed the constant and continuous connect to PC. Also the exe program needed running all the time and take stream of csv log and then flush them to PC disk file.
Benefit: no need of external sd card attached to Arduino.
*Please clarify what architecture it is first one or second one*
2nd one csv stream is made by micro control and saved by PC yes it needs a PC working but its a 1st stage a MVP so getting the pipeline woking is key we can add more option as the project pogress

it's a good project 👍👍 But I want to know why are you not developing this as a web application? Because then data will be collected remotely. And it is very essential for some instances where you need to collect Data from a remote location or outside a lab.
So I request Your to consider about web application not a Windows desktop application... 🙏🙏
