Beetroot time lapse - 26 days of growing

Mine are at day7 stage, but it took like 21 days to get there ;D 3 months of potential growing time left here in Finland .sommon beetroots you can do it!

Interesting that the 2 on the sides grew their roots first so when they finally broke ground tbey were behind the centre plant but after a while they overtook the centre one HUGELY. the foundation below ground is crucial to a good healthy plant across almost all plant species

Doubt they harvested anything
Soil must never dry out when growing root vegetables :)
