Just came upon this looking for workout music and it's really great. Trying to lose weight and get fit again as though I was still in the days of my military life. Suffered ptsd and depression on the last year of military that caused a downward spiral and weight gain. But after deliverance and healing, I have to motivation to start working out. Pray that God gives me the strength and success to achieve what I hope to achieve.
I am in Peru and gave my life to Jesus . I used to listen to Reggaeton but in the gym here I just couldn’t listen to that. Also I couldn’t just workout to hillsong songs, just didn’t hit right.
