What a blessing to have homeschooled your young men ! Praying for all of you as you enter this new stage. Don’t be surprised by emotions. You are still their momma and you are still teaching them but now you get to do and learn new things for yourself, too! I homeschooled my three children and it was a wonderful adventure that was hard to leave behind.
Noemi, I have homeschooled 20+ years and I had a little Mom cry when you stood at the window and watched the guys leave for school. It is SO HARD when they are not home after you're so used to being together. I'm very excited for them and hope the new school is all they hope, and thrilled their first days were great. Such a big change! Sending hugs to you all! PS the muffins and bread look like something from the store in their pretty new cupboard. How FUN! 🤩
You are such a loving mother Noemi :) What a labour of love, creating a calm morning routine for them, packing the school lunch and setting up your home cafe. I hope your boys like their new school and make lots of new friends.
@@ScandishHome That's great! Enjoy this new journey with them :) My daughter watched and rewatched your "day in the life homeschooling" videos when she was younger. So when I told her about your sons' new school, she asked many questions, :)
What an incredible gift you are to your family! Such a lovely lady, thank you for all the inspiration - your videos are beautifully put together, and always a joy to view. My best to you and yours.
You know what I love about you... you appreciate every little thing, down to the finest detail, even in the purchases for your home. Thank you for that reminder to enjoy ALL. Love your channel!
Change will eventually be good for everyone. Take your time with your feelings. Concentrate on yourself and your needs a bit more. Your art! Canning! Getting outside for daily walks! Things will be fine.
I don't know why exactly but your videos are so calming. I like to watch them when I am anxious or when I'm cleaning on my TV as motivation to keep decluttering :D Hope you guys enjoy this beautiful weather.
Your boys are very lucky to have a Mom like you. Most of my friends and myself had to learn to prepare our own lunches the night before. Sandwiches, fruit, cookies, drink, put in a paper bag !!! Your boys will love school and doing sports, making friends. Now you have time for yourself!! Your painting etc...ENJOY !!
beautiful house, i love how you have all the baskets, and candles, and everything feels so loved and well taken care of. u r definitely an inspiration:)
Your words beautifully spoken--"That was the loveliest mess ever that I had to clean up."--is a wonderful testament that it is in life's imperfections that memorable stories are told and cherished. Reminds me of what I told a friend once about a blanket snagged in several places by my cat--"You know, there'll be a day when I'll cherish each snag."--and today I'm living those words because she's no longer here. When we change how we perceive the moment, viewing every negative as positive because of the lesson it brings or the memory if holds, and to be present in that moment, makes life a good thing with good outcomes.👍🥰
I started crying when the boys were packing their lunchboxes and putting on their back packs!!! I pray they love their school, have a great time and make wonderful friends. Praying for them and you ❤️❤️
You are such a good mother & wife!!! An inspiration for all of us! I prepare everything for my 3 girls in the morning & I even put notes “love you, miss you…❤️” 😂 Thank you for the video!!!
I love the bakery box! Such a cute idea and helpful to get things going in the morning. I can totally understand your torn feelings on the boys’ school transition. Homeschooling is a totally different lifestyle for everyone, but especially for mom. 🥰 But change can be good! We are so blessed here to be able to choose what type of education is best for our children. I hope the boys enjoy their new school, and I will be thinking of you - I know the transition comes with mixed emotions! ❤️🥰☺️
It's funny how everybody runs to that box in the morning to check what's in there! 😂We established this routine very fast! 🤣You hit the nail on the head! I have mixed emotions! I know they having a great time there and they love that school and the teachers are very sweet but it changed the whole lifestyle for sure! It makes me proud to see them thrive and easily adapt to the new set up and seeing them being very responsible. I think the hard part to see how fast they are growing up and how fast this time went by! It's heartwarming you get that! Thank you Elizabeth! 🥰🤗❤🧡
Oh dear, nearly electrocuted myself there. I guess I should not drool on my plugged in keyboard. But hey, those muffins;). Good luck with your new way of life, I'm sure it's going to work out wonderfully well for all of you. Take care!
I recently discovered your channel and I love it. I absolutely love your home and style. It’s so peaceful, warm, and organized. I have two teenage boys myself. They’re almost 18 and 17.
I remember when my boys went to school after 13 years of homeschooling. The house was deathly quiet. You are right about things staying where you put them. I loved that part. I came to treasure the time of solitude as well. I wish you the best during the adjustment. I loved the bakery idea too. 💚
I've homeschooled my youngest 2 children for 8 years. We have our son the choice of going to public high school this year. He wanted to give it a try. I was very anxious but he is thriving in that environment. He's making new friends, joined several clubs, and his grades are excellent.
I so agree with… the loveliest mess! 🥰My ❤! I miss my sons being small. They are all grown & married. I had a hard time with the empty nest. I think of the days when there was always dishes to clean & laundry to wash. That meant someone was there. I recently lost my husband of 35 years & the house is so quiet it hurts. I’ve been marathon watching your videos. 😍 So thankful to fill the silence. Thank you friend! 🥰
Great, nice idea, the boys will be happy and socially with others girls and boys! I have 3 girls successfully in the regular school, today the 3 has good health, good jobs, 2 married and one single. CONGRATULATIONS! FOR THE NEXT STEP
That is a big change for your family. Wish you the very best in all this newness. Once your routines are set up, maybe you’ll find yourself creating more art!
💗Sweet! The most beautiful mess. Yes! I homeschooled for 20 years! A quiet home is quite an adjustment. Your kids will be fine. I am still finding my way, but I’m sure I will be fine too. Beautiful home!
This is a huge change for you and your family. 🎵 Put your favorite music on while you are at home alone.🎶 I'm sure the other kids are in awe of what your boys bring for lunch. I've been a stay at home mom for many , many years, . My children went to public school from preschool until graduation. Even when they were in school all day, I was always so busy ! You will all adjust quickly. Your new family dynamic will be wonderful. Your boys will love being with other kids, and you will come to enjoy all you will be able to do while they are in school. Not just things around the house. Go have tea out with a friend, or go shopping or to a movie. Have a great weekend. 🥰🍃🍂🍁💕✝
What a magical super mom you are !!! dear Noemi.I bet the boys are loving the new schedule.Pls do relax..you seem to be zooming around even more.Take care & all my best wishes.
A big change for sure! I'm sure they'll do fine. You have given them a good beginning. You will adjust. I always missed my children and grandchildren when they started school in the fall. But you will find plenty to fill your days. You'll have more time for your artistic pursuits. I wish your boys success in their educational endeavors. (Your youngest has grown and changed so much!)
Mums will always be mums! Nice cafetèria set up Neomi🤗 you are so well organised. Poor lonely you. I'm sure you eventually enjoy the time doing your hobbies. Cant wait to see you draw & paint😉
Where I live, homeschooling is not allowed. It makes me sad as I think it would be great for all the kids who cannot handle the stress of public schools with huge classes. I am so happy for your boys that they can try it out and still decide what is best for them. You are so supportive and a great role model in so many areas, I really love your channel
Your lovingkindness shows like a bright light. Your family is so blessed to have you as mom/wife. I'd like some of that lunch you packed! YUMMM! I like your super-cute plaid apron.
Sending love and best wishes to you and your family. You guys are so special. It brought tears to my eyes to see them driving away. Brings back memories of my kids who are now getting ready to turn 39 and 40. Time passes so fast. I’m sure they are going to have a great time.
I homeschool my kids but sent them to a brick and mortar school for a year while I was healing from mold poisoning and I remember the missing them and the quiet house the most. But that wonderful feeling of when they come home and see they had a good day. Nothing like it! Enjoy your peace and quiet Neomi ❤️
Awh, must be strange to have such a quiet house during the day. I can see how hard but a must in order for them to get the best possible opportunity. Maybe you can get more time to do what you enjoy ~ your wonderful paintings. Keep up the great work and videos we all enjoy.
Okay I’m crying now “the loveliest mess ever…”. I have been watching your channel since I was pregnant with my oldest. He is almost four now and I also have a 1 year old son, and we are just at the beginning of our homeschool journey. It is very loud and chaotic and messy and hard right now since they need me for almost everything, but I am finding joy in the many small moments. I go to bed thinking about how although it can be stressful it is so rewarding to spend each day is with them. One day they will be away all day too and if everything goes right, the end result is that one day, they don’t need me much at all. Each moment and day with our loved ones is such a gift. Serving our families is a gift. Thank you for showing that, Noemi :)
Oh Noemi, what a change to your lifestyle! No-one I know homeschooled as it's not really a thing in Australia but I do think that attending school is important for older kids. They learn how to interact with other kids, the friends and the bullies, and they get to play lots of sport, music and theatre, the things that are difficult in homeschool. My kid's best friends are still those they made in school. In fact, my eldest is getting married next weekend and her bridesmaids are her best friends from school. You will enjoy the quiet for a few days and then it may drive you crazy. I always put on the radio for some fun and I started a lot of art and sewing projects, and visiting friends. You will have more time for your beautiful art, or recover the couch (which I did) and made clothes. So many things for you to. Enjoy the benefits of your new life and be there for the boys when they get home as they will be full of news and excitement.
First of all, I want to congratulate you. You manage your life well. There is a wave of good feelings in your life. You are very creative and full of peace. I enjoy watching your videos. I hope you will always be successful.🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️👌🏼😊
Noemi, you are an amazing mother! Hoping your boys are enjoying going to school and you are adjusting to being in a quiet space. They will reflect someday and realize how much they are loved! 💕
Hi Noemi 🙋💜🥰 I adore the idea of the cabinet for easy grab breakfast ☺️ Definitely going to implement that into my kitchen. I see you use almond flour to bake, I just bought some to try. I'd absolutely love a video on some almond or coconut flour recipes. I have no experience at all with either 🤷 Your husband and boys are so blessed to have such a lovely wife and Mama 💞 Thank you for such wonderful ideas and recipes. Sending love from Chicago 💜
I enjoy watching your homemaking videos. As a first-time mum I'm able to pick up some tips and tricks from you. Thank you. Your style also reminds me very much of Japanese and Korean homemaking.
Hi Noémi! I didn’t have much time in the summer, so I stopped following your channel for a while, but now I’m binge-watching.. and I’ve just realized how much your channel grew during the summer 😮 Congratulations!! 🎉🥳🤗
I love your cafeteria idea!! My kids are growing up (5, with the oldest being 16) and have a espresso machine now which they think is fun. They want convenience and independence! And I want healthy...
Totally get it! We have the same thing ! I trust that process as we found this place by accident and not actively searching that it was meant to be. Will see, but I have mixed emotions as I process how this time went by so fast! Kids are growing up too fast! ❤🧡
Noemi, your videos are always lovely and relaxing and inspiring. Your comment about the nicest mess hit home for me. I used to keep the tiny handprints that my grandson made on the lower windows for several days. It's wonderful watching children grow. It's just a shame that we get so busy with other things that we don't always give our children the personal time they should have. All the best to you, Noemi, and your family every day.
I loved this video and watching you watch your kids leave for school tugged at my heart strings, but you will have us and more time to grow your new ventures🤗
Dear Noemi, I can understand your feeling. For the mum (as I’m been) is a big moment of transition when children grow up and go in the world without us. They are happy so with a little bit of time you will have your new habits, be strong ❤😊💪
Hi Noemi, I love my saturday morning with you, so calming during my breakfast, interesting and I am motivated for the rest of the day....many hugs....for all the family...😍 Pascale
Stumbled across your channel a couple of days ago when I needed cleaning motivation. I love your calm videos, your amazing house and family! You are definitely the inspiration I needed. Unfortunately I'm waiting to get a surgery on Monday and may not move or carry much, so I have even more time to watch your videos and think about how much better your home looks than mine 😁 have a great weekend! Edit: when you said "soft food" right after the tomatoes I thought "tomato soup with rice would be perfect" 😁
I'm so glad you found my channel it's great to have you here! I hope your surgery goes well and you will have a speedy recovery! Ha ha if you look back how our home looked like when we moved in with all the mess and remodeling you can see it in my older videos! We still have to finish a lot's of thing but the we are slowly getting there! I just made some tomato soup it's one of my favorite I put pasta in there but I have to try your suggestion the rice! What a great idea! Again well wishes to you for a fast recovery! 🥰❤🧡
Buen día soy colombiana y me encanta tu contenido es maravilloso creo que hago algo parecido a pesar no tener tus conocimientos y medios, todo es posible con creatividad disciplina y buena voluntad un abrazo
We sent ours back to school after homeschool and it really was sad for our family and a total disruption for our family life , we went back to homeschool and it was so much more relaxing and peaceful.
I know this video is old, but what a huge adjustment this must have been for you! The feeling of loneliness is understandable, but you sure made the most of it and eventually found time for all of your fabulous hobbies. Good for you!
You're so sweet! My kids just had porridge or cereal and milk for breakfast, sandwich and fruit for lunch. I worked outside the home as a nurse/midwife though, so was always playing catch-up.
Sounds like MTHFR. I'm having a bad day with mine today and enjoyed watching you go around getting things done even if I can't today. ; ) Oh, and good luck to your boys on their new adventure! We are a homeschool family too and it's always sad/happy when they grow up and move on. I feel that!
Hello Noemi from Belgium. What a big change for your family with your boys going to school after years of homeschooling! Here in Belgium unfortunalty there is hardly any posibility for homescholing and my boys had to go to school as from 3 years ... I am sure they are going to do fine but for you it's a big change as well. I can understand that the day was very long for you being all alone in the house. It takes time to adjust for everybody but give yourself and the boys the time to adjust and everything will be fine. I did al the house work when they were at school so they had my full attention when they came home. Have a wonderfull weekend!
I wish you and your family the best of everything especially with the new changes in your lives! I think whatever you all decide as a family, you will succeed because you are a wholesome and loving family. I really enjoy watching your videos, they have been motivational and very inspirational. Also very fun and funny to watch! I always look forward to new weekly videos and try to patiently wait for them. While I wait I catch up on the older ones or rewatch my favorites, which is a lot! To answer your question, yes, I am and so many of your viewers (I’m sure!) are very interested in your upcoming vlog. Can’t wait! Keep up the great and sometimes challenging job of being a wife, mother, educator, blogger, creator and so much more! You’re a ‘superwoman!’
Oh hun I know it's hard to see them go off to school. You will get used to it.a quiet home can feel so lonesome.huggs to you. As always I love your videos
“That was the loveliest mess I had to clean up” was beautifully said. The love you have for your family Noemi is so evident!❤
Awww. I love what you said about your kids. "That was the loveliest mess ever that I had to clean up." xo

Yes, I thought she said the sweetest thing!
You are a wonderful Mom, Noemi! Z is also a good father!
"It was the loveliest mess..." what a perfect way to put it!

I love the bakery corner! That box is great and could work for so many applications. We can tell the family is enjoying choosing the baked goods 😋
Since it's weekend we gonna add the coffee to the baked goods 😄that will complete the coziness 😄🧡
@@ScandishHome very nice...might I ask where you got that box from?
what a bittersweet transition! we're on year 8 of homeschooling and i know the time is coming for change. thank you for sharing
Totally get it! We have the same thing ! I trust that process as we found this place by accident and not actively searching that it was meant to be. Will see, but I have mixed emotions as I process how this time went by so fast! Kids are growing up too fast! ❤🧡
Wow, so many tomatoes. You are a great homemaker and gardener. Great video.
Children are a blessing.they are the light to a home...
Noemi...you love and care for your family so well. I hope your boys enjoy their new school...but I am sure they miss you too💕
I loved this video and watching you watch your kids leave for school tugged at my heart strings, but you will have us and more time to grow your new ventures🤗

This morning routine is so satisfying to watch!
The bakery corner is adorable and such a great idea! Hope you and your family have a wonderful weekend 💛🧡
Thank you Dalice! Have an amazing weekend to you! 😀❤🧡
Dear Noemi, I can understand your feeling. For the mum (as I’m been) is a big moment of transition when children grow up and go in the world without us. They are happy so with a little bit of time you will have your new habits, be strong ❤😊💪
U are a beautiful human being .. how u watched the car leaving to the end was so touching .. ur family is lucky to have u (and u them too of course) 🥰
Hi Noemi, I love my saturday morning with you, so calming during my breakfast, interesting and I am motivated for the rest of the day....many hugs....for all the family...😍 Pascale
Sweet Pascale! I wish you an amazing weekend! I hope you are doing well! Sending big hugs to you! 😃❤🧡

@@ScandishHome Thanks my friend, that hug certainly helps 😊🙏🏻👍🏻💜💜💜💜
Oh, and I have a very similar bread box that I love!
Good luck with your surgery, get well soon. 🥰
@@ScandishHome thank you all for your kind wishes. I'm sure I will be up and around again in no time! ❤️

I like they way you love your family ❤ I am also a homeschool mommy from U.S. I share similar feelings and concerns
Remember, the boys will be at home with you during school breaks and holidays. Not forgetting weekends. 🥰
Thanks Noemi, very peaceful and inspiring. Can you please do a video on house plants? Have a great day 😊

Yay! A new video! I enjoy your videos so much and always inspiring, and just so real and fun too. 💗 🇨🇦
I bet weekends and after school are even more special now. Thanks for sharing x
You have become my favourite vlogger. You life is very different from mine and I love seeing how you take care of your family.
Hope the kids are grateful for all you do.
Wonderful video as always. I hated an empty house when my kids went to school. Loved the bakery box! Ordered it…lol
Thank you so much! I know the house is VERY quiet! Thank you so much for ordering it from my link! I greatly appreciate it! 😃❤
Oh hun I know it's hard to see them go off to school. You will get used to it.a quiet home can feel so lonesome.huggs to you. As always I love your videos

You made me cry 😢, I'm homeschooling my kids, 5 and 10. Hugs from Chile, and hope you can adapt easily to this new chapter ❤️
