I am a survivor of domestic abuse. I stayed for several years because of the love I had for him. I stayed because society says places emphases on marriage. I remained in the relationship because of low self esteem thinking that no other man would want me. When I was asked the question what keeps the relationship going on for almost 13 years and engaged to be married but could answer that was when I realized it was time to walk away. The quantity was there which is 13 years but the quality was bad. All I can say... thank you Jesus I found the courage to walk away.

I personally believe that because we are living in a broken world, we have men and women problems. Feminist moment is not bible. We are to lean on each other. Since slavery and since men had been leaving the home, women pick up the slack but let's pray for men. Men and women husband and wife cover each other
