For the cooking of the proteins
- 1kg of goat meat
-840g of Smoked Turkey
-1 large Onion
-1 ½ tablespoons of bouillon powder
-1 ½ tablespoons of salt
-700ml of water
For the Pepper Mix
-800grams of Paprika Pepper
-1 medium onion
For the Egusi paste
-4 cups of Egusi seeds
-½ of a small onion
For the Crayfish Mix
-1 cup of crayfish
-2 scotch bonnet pepper
-1 medium shallot
-1 teaspoon of ground Uziza seeds
- 1 cups of water
For when you are cooking it
-1 cup of palm oil
-½ tablespoon of bouillon
-½ tablespoon of salt
-300ml of meat stock
-Dry fish
- Uziza leaves (to your preference)
-Blanched Kale and Spinach (to your preferences)

Thank you. The seeds can be bitter when blended. So I try to avoid it
