Hi , Instead of misting lightly sprinkling happening and floor is also getting wet.
Using 70psi pump and 0.3mm mist nozzles (six nozzles used across fan).
Any suggestion please reply.

Hi, i have added 3 nozzles of 0.3mm orifice and a pump which is same as yours (12VDC 120PSI) and i have seen that the pump cuts off and on every second. When i remove the nozzle everything is okay but with nozzles it is not working and i have tried all nozzles but it doing the same. Please recommend me a solution!

This mist nozzle only works on diaphragm pumps.If you want to know why it doesn't work on any pump other than the Diaphragm pump, I will explain that too.Stay blessed
