I am 65 yrs old Electronics Engineer working in the Hospital Medical Equipment field. I really like the way you explain about the subject matter .
In the case of connecting 2 Batt is parallel it would have been better had you used 2 Volt meters, one meter for each Batt and 3 nos of clamp tester/Amp meter to measure current either during charging or during discharge , one each for each Batt and one for the indication total current .This would make it easier for the viewer to understand the subject better and avoid switching the same multimeter from current to voltage mode and shift the probe to different places as desired.
I also understand the difficulties involved. Never the less a great effort , All the Best Mr Pavan .

Inverter ka red wire location change karne per ko jada impect nahi hai right toh old new battery ka joint change kare ya starting main aap ne laga rakha hai vahi rhane de , please clear mera ek battery 3 saal old hai but backup ok hai or mujhe ek new battery add karna hai kis type ka parrarll conect karu .

जानकारी के लिए धन्यवाद सर, कृपया यह बताइए कि, आजकल के सोलर PCU मे जो EQUILIZER MODE का फीचर दिया रहता है वह सीरिज मे जुडी किसी एक बैटरी के डिसबैलैंस होने मतलब नयी-पुरानी होने, कमज़ोर या किसी और वजह से ज्यादा या कम चार्ज बैटरी को कैसे इकवलाइज कर पाता है, क्या यह सिर्फ दिखावे का ही फीचर है , या फिर हमे सर्किट की बैटरीयो को समय समय पर आपस मे शिफ्टिंग करते रहना चाहिए ?
The difference in charging and discharging currents of batteries in parallel is due to wide difference in internal resistances of two battery sets . Internal resistance depends on capacity of battery and it increases with use of battery . Internal resistance is range of mili ohms or micro ohms depending upon capacity of battery . It is advisable not to put batteries in parallel as it creates difficulty in charging as invertors are designed for charging only specific capacity and type of single battery set .

You should always try to put a staggered connection on parallel batteries. For Inverter, Use negative from one Battery and positive from another.

@@ZenInnovations what is the use of staggered parallel when the Amps are same in Parallel or Staggered Parallel it doesn't make any difference you can see with the Volts Meter it shows Same Amps in both scenario.

पवन सर इन्वर्टर का चार्जिंग करंट 10amp के आस पास होता है, क्या इसमें 65 ah की smf बैटरी जैसे exide power safe 65 ah लगा सकते है। यदि नहीं तो चार्जिंग करंट को कम कर 6amp कैसे कर सकते है
