1.Body Shape
Female goldfish have a tendency to have a rounder, thicker body shape than male gold fish.
Male gold fish have a tendency to have longer, thinner, extra streamlined body shapes than female gold fish.
They also tend to be deeper-bodied, that is beneficial for identifying intercourse from side view.
As breeding season methods, the female gold fish will begin to develop roe (eggs), which may additionally purpose a bulge on side facet.
2. Protruding Vent
The female goldfish vent (anal opening) is rounder than the male's and tends to protrude from the body slightly as breeding season approaches.
• when regarded from the aspect, the vent might also seem as a raised surface on the female's abdomen.
• In addition to a sticking out vent, the female's anal fin can also appear barely thicker than the male's.
3. Tubercles.

If your fish is a long-finned variety such as a Veiltail, this method may be pretty much impossible to use because their fins are so genetically enhanced.
5. Chasing Behavior
This is one of the most reliable methods to discover male and female goldfish.
• A male goldfish will chase a female across the tank or pond, staying near at the back of and slightly beneath her, sometimes nudging her rear.
• The male gold fish may also attempt to push the female in opposition to the side of the tank or into any plants, as a way to force her to spawn.
• however, in the absence of female, male goldfish will even chase each different around, so it's a great concept to applyphysical warning signs in addition to behavioral ones to become aware of intercourse.

I have a comet goldfish and a black Moore goldfish in the same tank, I think the black Moore is a female but I'm not sure about the comet goldfish. After a lot of research I found out that one of my goldfish is an oranda and one is a comet, (both silver and orange)
Its hard to find their gender though cause I only have two and nothing for comparison
