@@ckrealestate7952 I agree, lumber prices aren’t going down anytime soon. Inventory shortages will also take a long time to recover. There is currently a 1.8 months of inventory on the market, which is extremely low.

Yes, there are smaller sized homes in the sma community. In our experience, 2000 sf should be more than enough for most of smaller families.
