Tom Clancy's The Division 2 Overlord + Swap Chain Combo Build

Build at 1:31 Overlord shotgun is kind of bad but this game is only fun in short burst why not send enemies into oblivion with a headshot. If you time your weapon swap right with the Swap Chain after a kill quickly switch to overlord for 400% faster reload if overlord is empty.
