In this case though, Law and Blackbeard are both humans, and both devil fruit users, so Blackbeard being over the ocean already puts him at a significant disadvantage, and therefore shouldn’t be counted in the discussion of who is stronger. The discussion should begin the second Blackbeard lands in front of Law on the island.
