I really like this Artist, he has so much potential, I haven't heard of him on the radio or music videos, so I'm assuming he hasn't got a record deal, I would sign this guy in a heart beat, the potential is just amazing, what a journey that would be to sign him and watch him grow and give him the right support system to make it big and with great music!
