I love my 2022 XR. Best. Bike. Ever.
like the wheelie
This is my dream bike 😍 btw I'm only 14 so Ima be waiting a while
Dont wait too much im 28 and I regret not gettin a bike when I was a teenager
My brother. I was 16 the year this bike was first introduced. I have dreamed of this model ever since. I'm 43 now, and finally made it happen last year. Walked in, paid cash and I now own a 2019 XR 650L. Hold on and keep chasing your dreams my friend.
Ah! I was wondering if he was going to do a wheeling!
Good
I stole an 06 a few years ago for $1,500. I plan on keeping it forever.
that neighborhood is a devastating desolation
nice video! is first gear really short for when you ride off road? my bmw f800gs has a first gear that is too long to some of the trails I have brought it on. I have always wanted one of those as well.
If you can find one I would recommend an xr650r although not all will be street legal my friend has one and it's amazing
yea I'm looking to replace one I had in the 90's. the 93 I had was heavily modified to fit me at 140lb 5'7" motocross riding style
Your 15 now.....depending on how tall you are you could easily handle this bike now. My oldest son's first real bike I bought for him was a 2003 Kawasaki KX 85......That was a brand new bike.....being a 2 stroke it was harder for him to learn to ride that bike than an XR....I should have bought him the XR instead. Because I had to install a fly wheel weight on the KX order for him to be able to release the clutch ....and keep the bike running......he was a little intimidated by it at first......really if your a tall young man ..... and can tippy toe the XR 650 at a stop....you have it made. However off-road riding is something different. Because the ground is so varying..... You may stall the bike over a rut in the ground....and end up going over with it. And this is not a light weight bike. Lighter than the Kawasaki and Suzuki....but still heavy. And once it's laying on the ground on it's side....now you have to get it standing back up on 2 wheels.... Do you have the physical strength to be able to do that....???? But as far as riding it....not a problem at all. It has huge torque way down low in the power band.
Well did you buy it?
I got a 94 XR650L that is pretty much cherry and I'm looking to sell it. It's got some mods, a fmf pipe a smog delete, etcs.
Does the bike feel fast? I was considering getting a crf300l, drz400, dr650, or xr650l but dont know which one to pick. The extra power matters to me.
Dr650 or drz400 and get it uncorked, slip on, airbox mod and jet kit. Don’t even bother with the little dual sports like the crf300l, they literally have no power and feel like 50cc mopeds compared. Power is fun.
@@JeremyDovin both are very good, it all depends how/where you ride. Pick the one that suits your type of riding. Dr650 can cruise the highway at 120kph all day and then is still very capable offroad, the drz400 is not as good on the highway, but better offroad. Can load the dr650 with more weight/camping gear too..
I love xr but in Philippines there is no xr650l
Mañana mismo compro la mia 2022
@@OZZOZZ that's not too small bro. They have lowering links for these so that would probably help but yeah you're not too short 👍🏻
@@norcal8718 I don't understand where you get 3 years. it would be 3 months
Great bike so simple and so perfect.Contains bullet proof engine.
