First I thought, "Nice to see the stormtroopers and rebels fighting together." Then I realized, as a guy who saw the original movie at least 10 times in the theaters and countless times throughout my life, "wait a minute - at that point in the story, Leia's security forces would still be considered part of the Empire. Why were they ready to fire on Imperial stormtroopers at all? They should've considered themselves on the same team, since Alderaan was still ostensibly a loyal system!" What a crazy path to get to that thought...

These army men you got in this video are some really cool and valuable ones! The marx tank is a nice piece as well as the marx police officers. Those matchbox and Airfix figures are pretty rare, too. Keep them safe for sure!

They weren’t prepared for the army men to invade so they haven’t built anything to defend themselves. Also, it takes them a while to build things without a master builder

Incredible, extremely reminiscent of early 2010’s content. 6:03 is something you should maybe make faster paced, going forward with action scenes, as this scene made both sides look extremely inept for a second, but if it played out the exact same, only faster, it’d look a lot less like a bunch of dudes who can’t aim. Otherwise though, enjoyed every second of this fun stop motion

Just a question I’m still new somehow. Where and how did you get the effects?? Like the shooting for the Army Men, the blood, and the tank firing??
Great question! Just look up the green screen effect that you want on TH-cam (ex: bullet firing green screen effect). Then you can screen record it, crop it, and insert it into your editing software. I recommend watching a TH-cam video on how to do it. Hope this helps!

hey man! do u have any stop motion tips? i feel like mine is too choppy or just bad
I do! Stop motion takes practice, so the more you do it, the better you'll get. I recommend watching youtube videos on how to improve, as that has helped me a lot. From watching your video, I suggest moving your characters in smaller increments to make things more smooth and to try out different camera angles. Hope this helps!
