If you guys find the tutorial too slow paced you can always watch in 2x speed and fast forward the video! Just want to make sure I go as in depth as possible so that even the very beginners can understand everything. Anyways let me know what else you want to see in this series!
Trying to figure JavaScript for a web project I’m doing and this has so far been the most helpful tutorial series!! I really struggled to understand all the other tutorials out there that just straight in too deep, but I really appreciate how this series start with the absolute basics. I don’t usually comment but I feel like I really need to express my gratitude in this case. tysm!!!
Tim, thank you so much for your beginning JavaScript lessons. I have taken such courses from a variety of instructors. They all missed out on one important theme. How to think like a programmer. Your technique open u my mind to see this now. The syntax and rules mean nothing if you don't know how to use them. Thanks again.
Dude, you probably have the smoothest intro series into JavaScript ever! Well done 👍🏽. I’ve always been a computational programmer (C, python, MATLAB, python, engineering-type languages I guess) but really wanted to try my hand at web development. I know HTML and CSS reasonably well, but it’s kinda useless without JS lol. Today, I got an idea for a web service and wanna code it tonight so I’m learning JS now. I tend to learn quickly when the teacher (you) eases us into the big ideas well, and if I have motivation ( building my little web-service). I’m so excited to see where this playlist is headed. Oh, and it’s pretty cool that you’re sharing your insight at 19. When I was 19, I kept my code to myself lol (I used to do image processing on Arduinos for a startup in college). Stay well bro
You're 19!, and I'm 12 and trying to be like you. I started programming 5 months ago by watching some of your videos. And now I know python, js, HTML, kivy, and now learning machine learning . Thank You!!
This is my first JavaScript lesson and it's already an amazing language, i fell in love for HTML and i think i will fall in love for JavaScript as well, i already imagine how many cool stuff i will be able to make after learning JavaScript by your videos, wish me luck!
Hey Tim, question here: If i want to be a full stack developer what must i learn? I learned: Django, Html, css and python. Im not sure if i must learn java or javascript or even both. Thank you
I don't understand the purpose of document.write. Why is that necessary if you can just write within html tags. What exactly is the document.write for? Hope that was clear.
Great content!! What program do you use to record your tutorials? I woul like to record my learning progress and have video files to check later my progress, and maybe upload some content. All info is good thanks
Hey Tim, I just finished a coding course based on blocks and I want JavaScript to be my main and first programming language. Does anyone think I should? Or should I just learn it as another skill?
Hey tim... I always desired to learn JS... I really searched for many online resources but i didn't got what i needed... Thanks for ur JS videos.. it's really helpful for me to become a front end dev..☺️
hi, loved your video. I am not sure if latter you will cover it but, there goes my question: can i assing (console.log/console.war) to a specific line of my script/how do i do it?(for samplle : like a note for other users.) I understand it is a noob question and I might get answer by watching next videos... But i thought question cannot harm enyone :D

I learned:
Django, Html, css and python.
Im not sure if i must learn java or javascript or even both.

U definitely must learn a scripting language i.e JavaScript to be a full stack dev...
Javascript is an intro language to different JS frameworks like ReactJS, NodeJS, VueJS etc. It will open more doors, so keep at it!

Hey Tim,
I just finished a coding course based on blocks and I want JavaScript to be my main and first programming language. Does anyone think I should? Or should I just learn it as another skill?
U xpln fckn great, man !!!! Respect ✊🏾
Nice ! JS !
You could use a lower resolution in your screen, because is hard to read from small devices like phones!
Text didnt cam into a Microsoft edge, What do i do
basic goes really welll
I use VS code it has a live server extension that let's me update changes and progress immediately after I save my file
Brackets also does, it's VERY handy
Hey tim... I always desired to learn JS... I really searched for many online resources but i didn't got what i needed...
Thanks for ur JS videos.. it's really helpful for me to become a front end dev..☺️
is there a prerequirement for this course?
I have a question for you: why don't you use VS Code ?
Are u gonna do advanced js tuto ?
Tim can you please make a video featuring the mathematics required to learn machine learning.
You are the best thank you!!!
Great video
I hope you will make projects such as video games, AI... in JS !!
hi, loved your video. Tech With Tim, do you know PHP? If you can and if know it, please make a tutorial about it. And why don't you use VS Code?
I know a bit of PHP but it’s unlikely I’ll make a video about it
If you are wondering why it didnt appear on your page click control s on the ur code then go to the link and refresh it should work
Please do an update Javascript playlist
Can't we use vscode
Hey Tim.I am just following you in your python course. Do you recommend me to learn this side by side?
I would do one at a time personally, but the basics of JS are pretty easy so you shouldn't have trouble following along with both concurrently.
Please cover Basics of JavaScript in a session.
Thanks Tim
Nice dude
you need to add
!DOCTYPE html
to your html file.
you need to add head tag before body tag
Sir ! Do you know SQL ! If yes, could you please also teach it !
Yess
Thank you bro
:D
thanks for the lesson boo boo
hey I am your first viewer of this video
Please explain to us what is prototype and __proto__
Will you also do js frameworks
maybe?!
Thanks!
Why not stream live your class?
That’s actually not a bad idea !
I think ";" isn't that much important in JS as you don't need it in the python either.
Yes I’ve realized I do not need to add them, the java in me is coming out 😮
video starts at 3:10 if you want to skip the filler
Thank you
Video good.. But your voice is very speed.can u make videos with little low speed voice
Just turn the speed to 0.75
Thanks
You know we can make a seperate javascript file and link it in our HTML. I like doing that better honestly
the sublime test editor is asking me to pay money to use it?
greatttttttttttttttttt
good
I personally prefer Visual Studio Code from Microsoft for web development than Sublime.
This guy is Good Will Hunting (J-AH-va)
