Can they react to either who would beat death easily or had avoided death Characters who had avoided death or cheated him. For an Example Colt Vahn from Deathloop, He can come back using a power called reprise which he can come back after being killed 2 two time and further he is stuck on a time loop which prevents anyone dying and the only way to break the loop is by killing 10 targets (Includes Colt) which is hard without info.
