    Super useful! I’ve been using guided meditations pretty heavily up until recently, and this is a great tool for me to transition to non guided as the bell is a perfect non verbal reminder to stay present :)

    Thanks so much for making this bell timer!! The quality is great. I’d love to have more! I could switch between a five minute, a 15 minute, a twenty and a thirty minute one depending on how my days go, I have different times allotted. Ocean sounds or soft music in the background would be cool too. I love how you do the three bells at the beginning and the end. Thanks!!

    This has been my favorite meditation video for a long time now. These are really helpful for beginners that have decide that the "guided meditations" are just not so helpful as the silent ones.
    This helped me a lot concentrate and be mindful about my breathing; I do not only use this video on the cushing but also when studying, reading, etc.
    I have to recognize that this video (and almost all of your videos) has really help me improve my life. My words can't express how grateful I am for having found your channel, wish you the best.
