Hi Mr paper,I love MD,Tomoe River and montblanc paper so which should I go for first😉 and also have you heard of Oberon Design?I was thinking of buying their covers and was curious about your opinion on them as they are very expensive.P.S:Huge Fan!
Hi Vignesh! All three of the papers you have listed are excellent. The type of paper I go for depends on the task at hand. For letter writing, I'll reach for Tomoe River. For journaling, I like LIFE and Midori. For quick notes, I'll use whatever's in front of me. As for Oberon Design, yes, they are a bit pricey - but it's a "buy it for life" type item that seems to last forever. Cheers!
Anderson Pens Hi!Thanks for the informative reply👍I see what you mean.If you don’t mind could you inform me of whether the montblanc notebooks are worth such a premium of 100+ dollars whilst not even being refillable when such other excellent choice like Tomoe are available? Is there something special about the montblanc #149 notebooks? Also Thanks for your input on Oberon Design, are there any similar offering available to Oberon portfolios you may know of from your experience?(I’m a relatively new here!),otherwise I’ll go ahead with my purchase!😊
Anderson Pens Ah Ok!I think I shall go for the Montblanc Notebook then!Just wondering as from the MB website only the #149 in Black has 100gram paper whereas other colours have 85 gram paper for the Same price. What are your thoughts on this and is either superior or the better option? Thanks for answering all my question, this is the last.I promise!😅Thanks.
Hi Mark! It was Chris' grandfathers - his favorite animal was the mountain lion. It was done by a Native American artist and there are traditional native symbols for the four seasons on the side.

Hello! The notebook quality is definitely there to justify most of the price, the other portion you are paying for the Montblanc name!
