Honestly the moment that you see a Nasus suddenly 1v2 despite feeding, there's an uneasy chill that goes down your spine... and then you see HOW much gold they get with the double shutdown and you realize the timer you were on is a lot shorter than you thought.

But I do have a bunch of experience with toxic teammates in other games, and usually the ones who talk more crap are the ones who underperform the worst. I also liked from time to time to trigger a player from the enemy team, taunt them, because an upset mind is a mind that tunnel vision more, act more reckless and their aim gets worse because they are shacking in anger. Usually I will do that if they tea bag me. If it is just a noob I won't say anything, I will assume is a newbie learning, there is no need to be an asshole with them
@@SrMorua I can deal with a bad or a newbie player who aren't flaming, because despite their negative performance, they still end up being a net positive because they are trying, and I can typically plan around them and execute. Most are even receptive to direction as long as you're nice or at the very least, neutral about it. Flamers and trolls are useless to me. They're dragging at everyone's morale, they're wasting time talking crap instead of trying to find a way to thread the needle and secure objectives. There will be games where you will fall behind. There WILL be games where you'll be counter picked. There WILL be games where luck just is not on your side. There WILL be games where all of the above happens to one or more of your teammates. You can't control when that happens. But what you CAN do is enhance and sure up your chances by being positive and working with your team the best you can.

I know it attracts a lot of people, but once there is a ranking, toxicity ramps up, for example TF2, before ranking it was a chill place. Then Overwatch. And if the game becomes free but also an esport with thousands of $ in prices then everyone wants to become the next hero that tramples and carries over anyone, and there is where the most toxic communities of gamers conglomerate. Regardless, I enjoy watching a-holes being trashed away with pure good gameplay. But so far I am impressed how the trashtalkers in LoL double down every time! They never admit they are in the wrong even when they have been outplayed the whole game.

If you're not hardstuck in the ranked grind and the terrible mental that the grind tends to bring, it's pretty fun to play with someone who's running weird builds, off meta picks and whatnot. Especially when they're good. Since I ended up befriending that person and queuing with them more, you learn to play more supportive, peel for them and provide setup in return for an excellent carry. Learning that you're not always the MC is an important life lesson in and outside of league. Supportive roles can still be incredibly fun and rewarding. When you're hardstuck in the ranked grind, it doesn't really matter who you get as teammates because if you're more focused on your teammates play than your own, you're not gonna be having a good time.

You will always be in a party of people who are not fucking braindead. Instead of you being the carry. You'll have 2 or 3 people that can carry & if not carry. Who are actually pretty decent. Now if you really want to sky rocket. Make a whole new account. Your basically factory resetting, as you know. For this alt, this will be the Int strat alt. The number one goal is to not kill anyone if you can try. Yea there will be times where you'll have to kill, but as long as your KDR is complete shit/ extremely low.
