Thanks, I look forward to your videos. I am new at doll repaints and your demonstrations are in my opinion, superior to others. It is good to see how you approach repainting a male doll. Please do some more.

Thanks for your videos! I recently took my first stab at a more photo-realistic doll, and felt pretty good about how it turned out- a Hermoine doll I picked up from the thrift store. Your tips sure help! The Liquitex Acrylic Gouache does feel more like a matte acrylic. Other brands have more qouache-y properties (I think Turner and Holbein have AcrylGouache). I think I'm going to have to get some Golden- better leveling would probably help my issue with teeny visible brush strokes in the whites of the eyes.
I’m so glad you explained the black n white, I thought It may have been to do with the film which I haven’t seen. I’m struggling with a doll at the moment as I can’t find decent reference photos, ah well x
What was your Base doll to make him? thinking but it'll probably cost an arm, and leg to pay but I'm considering commission(s) for you to make. I Love Stiles.
Hi Katie and thank you. This is a 17" Andy from the Tonner Doll Co. But Stiles could always be made in a smaller Ken size. It depends on what you want. :)
Mixing rooted hair with glued is brilliant idea, great result!

Thanks so much. I have another one coming up. He will be more normal than Stiles was. I really appreciate it. Xoxo
Thanks, Laurie, I don't really understand the fantasy repaints, that is. Fantasy is not my thing. Keep up the good work! Best Regards, Ed.
