We just started our S4 HANA end to end Implementation Project training morning and evening batch
SAP S4 Hana Modules: MM, S D, WM, EWM, PP, FICO, PS, PM
Project Duration: 45 days
Methodology: IBM Global Template/Activate methodology.
Sap S4HANA Implementation Project deliverables:
1. All module trainees to deliver Business Scope documents like AS IS documents demonstration to Client.
2. Deliver BPML business process master list documents, which includes all the business process requirements to be addressed in SAP.
3. Deliver Fit Gap Analysis with each business process with flow diagram, roles and Authorization and reports requirements of the process.
4. Deliver and get Signoff of Business Blue print which contains AS IS, TO BE, process flow diagram, Gap Analysis, integration process, roles and Authorization, reporting requirements etc.
5. Preparation of KDS key data structures which covers the configuration of s4HANA organization Structure, master data, business transaction etc.
6. Configuration of client business process based on the business blue print and KDS Key Data Structure reference.
7. Preparation of WRICEF objects which covers Forms, Reports, Enhancement, Interface, Conversion objects etc.
8. Preparation of test scripts documents for Unit Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing based on the client business process.
9. Preparation of Configuration Documents, test script documents like unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing etc.
10. Upload sap S4HANA MM, WM, EWM,S D, FICO, PP, PS, PM, QM master data, transaction data in production server and Initial Stock upload etc.
11. Preparation of roles and Authorization with all the app, daily reports, weekly reports, monthly report and analytical app report etc.
12. Involve rehearsal cut over activities of master data upload into pre production server and production cut over activities in production server.
13. Preparation of Training manual document and conduct the user training with S4HANA MM, WM, EWM, S D, FICO, PP, PS, PM, QM module.
14. Involved in pre production activities to move transfer request form development system to production system, check the WRICEF objects are moved and working without any dumps.
15. Involved pre go Live activities of S4HANA MM, WM, EWM, S D, FICO, PP, PS, PM, QM module with clients and provide 1 month support activities.
