@@Mike33 The quilt cover and hot water bottle. Plus I’m going to go outdoors in the morning to see their 4/5 season sleeping bags.

Oh brilliant mate thank you for your feedback here! Go Outdoors had a really good selection last time I went in and hopefully some black Friday deals still on!

Hot water bottle and thermals are the key to enjoying being on the bank on overnighter and longer sessions, only a foul wouldn’t take them in their winters fishing kit.

It's an absolute must that's for sure!! It's as important as any tackle you take in my opinion. Nothing worse than being cold and wishing you were at home instead.

A wooly hat you lose 80% of your heat through your head and maintain core temperature main torso and some good socks always have a ground sheet when it gets realy cold a bivvy candle takes the chill of I've been out when the lake has frozen over so always keep your water inside with you and forget about gas stoves petrol Coleman quick and reliable

100% Shropshire and a good thermal hat is peanuts too. Love a good pair of wool socks!

Good choice mate, I have a small one as well, easy to use, compact and really efficient. A bottle is such a good easy way in my eyes, far too many people care about how things look in fishing these days I find (even when nobody is there to have an opinion).
