Recife is just okay. Not many entertainment options, especially during the week. Also, the water has sharks.

Thank you for going to all of these different Brazilian cities. Recife has an interesting mix of Colonial and Contemporary architecture in the same neighborhoods. I love all of the colorful buildings, the murals, and the cobblestone streets. I am definitely living vicariously through your Brazilian travels until I can get there in person!

Dennis- you have stepped your game up brother. The footage is epic. Looking at these videos is both exhilarating and a little depressing stuck in the matrix and working from home. There is just so much life out there. One great thing is you are challenging us to think outside the box and maybe just maybe some of your viewers will transition in whatever to have this lifestyle. For me it is much more fulfilling having that feeling that you are the master of your own ship.

Very much appreciate the comment. Please realize that as recently as 5 years ago I was in the same position as you - watching other content creators live out their lives in other countries and feeling depressed because I was unable to travel at the time. Sometimes I would have to stop watching TH-cam for a few days because I felt I was missing out on all the fun. But I found a way to earn income that would allow me to do what I do now.

@@djeanpierre Sounds good brother, always loved to travel even when i was in high school back in Africa. I have travelled four continents all over Sub Saharan Africa, from China to Colombia, Jamaica , all over Europe and North America. Having gone to business school and working in banking and government I have always had generous time off - around 40 something days off which together is like 8 weeks every year.
Now I am itching to get away. The goal is to live in a latin country, perfect my Spanish before heading back home to Africa. While i love my government job and work from home, I can only do it within the US so that part sucks. I know i have to push to turn things around asap. Keep inspiring brother and really appreciate that you keep your content professional.

Recife has around 1.5 million inhabitants, so it's not that small. The city has also lots and lots of apartment buildings and one of the heaviest traffic during rush hour in Brazil. It is a beautiful city in general, but it has its problems too, inequality and violence.
