She was the most enthusiastic Wal-Mart shopper I've ever seen, and her husband has to be the most patient Wal-Mart shopper I've seen.
Noone tell her about Costco or Sam's. She might explode. She's got so much energy and is so excited. It's kinda cute. 😂
Plus more selection of Gluten-free and Organic foods at cheaper prices lol 😂!
@@L3WGReacts - please do, she's so fun to watch but you're reaction to her is even double the entertainment 😂
Love watching people experience America. We get so complacent that we need to be reminded how truly blessed we are. Not taking away from any other country, I think we all need to see things through someone else's eyes to appreciate what we have.
She’s probably the most lively and excited British person I’ve seen in a Walmart video lol.
Normally it’s just criticism or calling everyone obese, this is a nice change of pace, and her lively uppity personality makes it all the more enjoyable to watch.
I am her when going to a new market somewhere that has cool stuff 😅
A little ADD
She is the poster girl for ADHA. 😊 She could barely stay focused on one thing long enough to finish the thought. It is adorable to watch, and she is a beautiful lady. Love that the husband just let her completely enjoy herself. ❤❤❤❤❤
Also keep in mind the food they picked up in particular was all Gluten Free, Organic, or Vegetarian Specials, which in U.S. tends to run 50% higher price than normal/store brand foods. So they actually made a killing.
Lewis: "Is that real Disney or a knockoff?"
You'd be better off ripping off the mafia than trying to 'steal' from Disney.
💯🤔 guaranteed a Chomo Mafia. If you don't know what that means Google it
She is fun to watch. She is pretty and her excitement feels contagious
Seeing Stoffers lasagna...
"That screams heart attack."
Says the guy who eats McDonald's nearly every day.
I was here to say the EXACT same thing!!!😅😅😅 When did cheese become heart attack food more so than all the junk food that he eats daily 🤦🏾♀️
This lady is so animated that she is making me excited about things I see all the time.
Nobody's lying. In both The UK and US, some things are less expensive, some are more expensive. Additionally, the US is so big that one place will have drastically different prices than another.
The problem is, people will go to CALIFORNIA or other high cost of living areas and be shocked by the prices compared to their medium cost of living area in the UK. That's like comparing London to some rural town in Iowa. It doesn't make sense...
Just like Kroger has some things cheaper than Walmart, and some other things are cheaper at Walmart. I go to both, and get whatever is cheaper at that store.
Coca-Cola is a good example, the Walmarts here never have Coca-Cola on sale, but the Kroger almost always has it on sale for $10.00 a 24 pack, or 24 of the big 16.9 oz. plastic bottles for $12.00. So I always get my soda at Kroger, never Walmart.
@@MikeDalton-p5q I'd gladly pay more to Live in california just same
3:23 By the way, judging by the neatness of the cereals, that's a nice ass Walmart. Whichever night shift employee that stocked that shelf, they went the extra mile. Everything is stacked up, and pulled to the front of the rack. All the little signs actually match the cereal they're next to. All the price tags are in place. Like for real, this is abnormally tidy for Walmart
I think she’s hyped and getting emotional cause she’s remembering as a child when her Mom and Dad were together and they were all in Walmart and she and her brother got a Nintendo set. So sweet. So hard for her, I’m sure.
She was so adorably excited! It was fun to watch. I think most people have that reaction to Walmart or Target, Costco too.
Her reactions are so precious!! She’s also beautiful and lively.
Her excitement is bringing me so much joy. It gives off ADHD energy. I say that because this is exactly how I act in exciting situations 😂. I love it.
Lol her energy is contagious her excitement is cute!
She makes me want to go to Walmart with her. Her excitement is infectious. It just seems like a good time. Just think if she went with someone who knows where everything is in the store.
The bagged cereal is considered generic/cheaper versions of the more expensive versions. A lot of it is just as good as the original.
Not in all cases of course. For instance one of the bags they looked at in this video was Lucky Charms.
@@cobra7282 Yeah, just a packaging thing. Boxes are spensive vs bags.
Dairies will often sell milk, ice cream and butter. Cheese takes much more process to produce, so usually made by a dedicated cheese company.
You're practically an American already. Impressed that you recognize Walmart in Florida is questionable people squared.
They started bagging the main brands over a decade ago. You're a bit behind. The bags are a better value. You usually get more than the biggest box _and_ for less money...
This girl is cracking me up. She's so A.D.D. I can't stop smiling watching her
Levi's are the original brand of blue jeans. The first blue jeans ever, Levi invented blue jeans. They were originally made for gold miners during the California gold rush which began in 1849. They were made with the brass rivets at the seams and pockets to make them super strong so they wouldn’t rip apart at the seams under the hard use they got by the gold miners.
And Levis are still THE jeans brand, even though there are hundreds of knock-offs.
Yep. Blue jeans are American. They're part of American history and culture. Most people don't even seem to know that. They think jeans just appeared.
One strategic rivet was removed after a camp fire incident. the rivet was just below the fly. The rivet became very hot. When the guy stood up, the rivet touched a very sensitive part of the male anatomy.
@@sortaamy3003. People nowadays think everything just appears . Clothes, food, water out of the tap.
@@donaldobrien9171 Oh! I heard about that! Yeah that was a bad idea to put rivets there. Ouch!
Bags of cereal... Inside every box of cereal, there is a bag holding said cereal. With generic cereals, you reduce costs by excluding the external box. The printed bags are not much more expensive than the plain ones, but the printed cardboard box is a LOT more expensive. Not to mention that you're not having to pay for the name branding.
Blue bell is quite literally "the best ice cream in the country". It comes from Texas, so you know it's good!
The movie she's talking about is Where The Heart Is. It's a reallllllllly good movie.
Arizona iced green tea with honey & ginseng is THE BEST!!!!!! 💚🍵 I can't keep enough in my house!!!
Her enthusiasm was so refreshing! She seems like she'd be fun to hang out with.
@@L3WGReacts Why don't you ever record a video about your grocery store? I'd like to see what is in a English grocery store

"Is This A Good Brand, As Well?"
Oh, yeah, Blue Bell's a great brand, and it's very popular too
I think she made her coffee with Red Bull instead of water! 😳 I’m exhausted just watching her.
I never seen anybody this excited about Walmart before. she’s a hoot
Best Walmart video we’ve seen, this girls energy is great and she’s showing the good stuff
Loving her energy. Walmart buys in huge bulks which allows them to sell items cheaper, for the most part.
I wish I had half as much enthusiasm for anything as this woman has for Walmart and mini post-it notes
Walmart does delivery or carside pickup where they shop it and load your car for you. The app also lets you skip the line if you want to go in because you can scan all your things while you shop and pay on app. No waiting required. Also ypu learn where your things are and generally its easy to grab and go what you need. You can walk past or avoid an entire half the store if you want.
It’s true, we are very spoiled with so many choices. It’s a field trip just making it through the store, lol!
I dont know why, but I love watching this girl shop. 😂😂😂
Gluten-free food is made without any wheat, rye, or barley. Those grains have a protein which can cause an allergic reaction in some people. Finding a place with a wide variety of such foods, especially baked goods, is exciting because there is usually little to no selections available in many stores. It's even harder trying to find a place to eat out. Gravy has wheat flour in it, and fried foods are breaded with wheat flour bread.
I still work for Walmart but about two years ago I worked in a two floored Walmart in New York ppl are always so mesmerized by the size of that store 260,000 sq Ft! lol and everyone loves the cart escalator! Cuz it’s in the escalator and the carts go up with you.
Her enthusiasm is so cute!
I have had a visitor (I live in California) from Germany and she wanted to go to Walmart. I'm like really Walmart are you sure? 🤣🤣🤣🤣I'm taking Walmart for granted I guess. It is adorable how excited she is. Ruffles Cheddar Sour cream chips (crisps to you) was her favorite.
Walmart isn't a supermarket. It's a discount department store that also sells groceries.
She made my day never seen anybody so excited to be at a Walmart, loved it
Levi jeans are the original jeans we wore way back in the day. Way way back before I was born and I’m over 60.
When I was a teenager a long time ago, Levis 501 slim fit jeans were the rage. You bought them from the rack at the store one size too big, and after you washed them several times to get the faded look, they would shrink a inch around the waist and the length would shrink a inch as well, literally skin tight...
Speaking of Levis, that particular kind sold at Walmart is their cheaper line.
Signature I think it's called.
I lived in Florida for 8+ years. Florida has strict paint colors & materials that are allowed for buildings & homes. This is because for one, its all about the aesthetics (curb appeal) in Florida, they want everything to look a certain way due to tourism being a huge part of the state's revenue. Two, for hurricane purposes, the materials are easier/cheaper to rebuild if destroyed, they use a lot of stucco walls and red Spanish tile roofs.
She was way too excited!!! Never stopped talking!!! Husband is very patient, and had to move fast to keep up with her!
I’m glad you explained the getting excited over a store. Ok. I get it. Maybe if I were younger, maybe I used to get excited by a new store but not nuts, just it was a new store to explore. So explaining the movie aspect is helpful.
Her excitement is so cute 😂
6:36 Blue Bell is our pride n joy in Texas and no ice cream could ever compare tbh. Cookies n Cream/Birthday Cake 👌🏾
We have a Walmart here where I live an' I do buy groceries from there once a month or so....... I DO live in an apartment building an' I DO live 5 floors up, BUT we have elevators (2) here as well as grocery carts to put your groceries in to take them to your place....... You obviously put it back once you are finished, but it is great....... ☺❤
Blue bell is really good ice cream
6:38 Blue Bell is the best ice cream you will ever have from a supermarket.
Mind you its cheaper here because we produce the milk and products here in the US so its fully imported to the UK which adds fees. Yall need more COWS 🤣
I've never seen anyone get so excited over a big bag of Swedish Fish 😂... Levi jeans are one of the affordable brands ❤
I think I heard somewhere (could've been this channel) that brits refused to buy levis until they were priced up because they thought they were cheaply made. that's why they're so expensive there but cheap here, despite the same quality of fabric.
@@Jjdhjsjshshs shes like putting an old record album on 78 speed. if you're old enough you get it.
@juliayoung537 Walmart licenses the brand Levi's, but they aren't the same sold at the Levi's store and website
Maltomeal is a company that makes cereal. They put their products in bags instead of boxes like most others. You can find some name brand cereals in bags as well.
Cheerios have probably always been gluten free everywhere, even in the UK. Companies in the US started adding the words "gluten free" to stuff that has always been gluten free because now it's a marketing term.
No, they haven't always been gluten-free. I previously couldn't give them to my wheat-allergic grandkid.
Not sure what Gluten is but, I’m absolutely sure gluten-free is awful…….to me anyway.
Great video L3WG! She's hilarious and just so happy. Love when people can still act like an excited little kid about something they love. I know I do 😜
I'm in New York in the US and grew up in New Jersey. Levi's jeans vs Signature by Levi's. (and even the Denzian line by Levi's)
Quality...that's it. The main brand is a heavier, more durable denim. The others are more cost friendly, so it's a lower tier of jeans. That's all.
Certain Levi's can be around $60 when not on sale.
Thank again for the great react 🤘🏻
Hilarious how she's so hyped up about Walmart. Most Americans actively try to avoid going to Walmart.
Mmmm - depends on where you live. In my small town I can go to Walmart or I can drive 20 mins to get to Target. Both are super stores (I prefer Target) but Walmart is closer.
Most? The most shopped place in America. As Yogi would say, "Most people don't go to Walmart anymore, it's too busy."
I doubt it's "most". The people I know seem to mostly go to Walmart. I avoid it and shop at Meijer instead.
Chrysler is a big automobile manufacturer in America. Blue Bell ice-cream is one of the more notable ice-creams. Levi jeans use to be cheap in the UK but you all wouldn't buy them until the price was jacked up. She covered a lot of spots in the Walmart but there are still way more sections like the automotive. Here you can buy tires, get oil changes, etc, home and gardening, beauty cosmetic section, eye care where you can see an eye doctor, buy glasses, etc.
I order online for Walmart and they deliver it to my house! Arizona drinks are a brand, usually tea.
Amen, Walmart home delivery is the best. My days walking in a Walmart Supercenter are history. I missed the 24-hour open Walmart.
The super Walmarts are usually divided into into two halves. One half is the grocery store and the other half is for everything else. If you just want to get groceries, you only need to go to that half of the store.
Lewis, Walmart was actually a DEPARTMENT store before they built the Supercenters which have an actual full grocery store on ONE END of a very huge building!
She is so adorable. So excited and fun!❤
All cereal comes in bags! They just put boxes over them in most cases!
Its funny to see how exited british people get doing something as simple as going to walmart
it be interesting to watch them go to costco or sams club
Tip: if you do a video of shopping at Walmart on your trip, set aside 3 to 4 hours or more to be able to fully explore the store. It's that big...
I'll be at Walmart tomorrow 😊love to shop over there. I usually make a list of things that I need and it helps me not to overspend or feel overwhelmed when I get there.
Blue Bell is the BEST brand of ice cream IMO
Just had a heaping bowl of Blue Bell Butter Pecan, it was incredible.
I agree 100%. Although it doesn't help that the Blue Bell factory (Brenham, Tx) is 30 minutes from my house so BB is everywhere here.
Yes lewis, when my household shops we usually end up with 2 shopping carts full, "we shop for a months worth" it takes time for 2 people to bring it in and then we split and one person brings stuff in while one puts it up lol
1. In the Jolly video about H.E.B. (Herber H Butt!) super market in Texas, a shopper told them to try Blue Bell ice-cream. They lost their minds over the first one they tried, but hated the 2nd one (Cereal). So you've been introduced to Blue Bell ice cream.
2. Levi Strauss INVENTED jeans during the gold rush in California. So, yes, Levi's are iconic jeans.
I really enjoyed this because of her and the energy she showed shopping while being overwhelmed.
Keep in mind that they uploaded that video 4 years ago. I wish I could go back four years to go shopping. You won't get that for $180.00 today.
here in Canada, we have decent pricing due to the fact that we have lots of competition. When they're trying to compete for your dollars....you win with better pricing! I love seeing it
Hilarious hearing you say, "Imagine you're on the 5th floor and you have to take all those bags up", when I live on the 5th floor and take all my bags up. 😆
Many will order uber, instacart or doordash to shop and deliver their heavy crap up the 3rd, 4th, 5th floor and not tip (not all but many). Then they'll make sure NOT to list substitutes for unavailable items...and turn their phones off and hide it under heavy furniture so they're not available to help you with a sub...then get angry you didn't contact them. Sorry 😂 I have my days of bitterness
Who lives above the ground floor? It is much easier to carry the bags without walking up stairs...
As an American I can say that I know how it feels to be in a Super Walmart for the first time. I never heard of a Super Walmart until I moved to Alabama twenty years ago. It overwhelming at first. All I ever seen was a small Walmart without the grocery store in it.
One of the ways Walmart keeps prices down is they get cut rate lines of products. It's real Disney, but probably much cheaper than usual Disney stuff.
One trick to save a lot of money at disney world is to buy all your souvenirs at walmarts located around the park.
I like her! I don’t shop at Walmart but her enthusiasm would almost make me want to go. 😂
A dad trick is to have a box of cereal that the little kids love, and keep refilling it with the big bag of cereal that that the kids have refused to eat, and save a boatload of money!
Yes, Levi's are considered good jeans in America. Walmart sells the more basic Levi's. You can still get the more "fancy" Levi's at department stores, but you also pay about double.
Walmart gets everything cheaper than any other store because they buy in such huge quantities.
11:14 - Keep in mind WalMart is the cheap-as-you-can-get store. You'll definitely find higher prices in the US. That's also why she didn't find a great selection of gluten-free stuff, because that stuff costs more, so WalMart doesn't like to carry it. Go to a higher priced store and you'll find lots of it.
Reese's ice cream is pretty damned excellent. Sometimes ice cream flavors don't get it right but that is one that definitely does.
2 hours is nothing at Walmart. It feels great just to walk thru the doors. It is a fun experience and tons of people love being there shopping. You have to experience it to know. And I think the guy here is having a good time too, just like James Beesley loves Walmart. If you get it you get it.
That poor guy looks worn out! Bless him. 🙏 I can't stand thirty minutes in Walmart before I feel exhausted. My eyes get so tired from the bright lights and looking at the merchandise.
Levi Strauss & Co. (Levi's) was the original blue jeans manufacturer in the American West (founded in San Francisco and then opening manufacturing facilities in Texas in later years), dating back to the 1850s. Their pricing is middle of the road, and they are tough.
I am English but have lived in America for 28 years, and I can guarantee you that most things in the U.S. are way cheaper than they are in the U.K.
The standard of living for the average person in America is much better than it is in England.
@oldageisdumb
Yes, with state and federal taxes included. Health care is different, but if you have health insurance, which isn't too expensive then even that is covered. The standard of living for the average person in America is better than the U.K.

@@Matty3H.I I wasn’t trying to argue lol I just honestly don’t know how expensive it is in the UK.
Didn't think you were being weird or anything!
It's all good.👍🏼
Just emphasizing the fact.
It was cool that shopping at Walmart brought back great memories for her.
Funny story. Levi opened in the UK. And they didn't sell. So Levi raised their prices and everyone bought them. So the UK treats the Levi brand as if they are high end jeans.
In 1853, Levi Strauss, an immigrant from Bavaria, opened a dry goods company in San Francisco at the height of the California Gold Rush. While he was working, he recognized a need among hardworking people: clothes built to endure anything. He and tailor Jacob Davis combined copper rivet reinforcements with tough denim, leading to the first manufactured waist overalls in 1873. Today, we call them "blue jeans."
I'm hyperventilating by just listening to her!😂 I feel like she's "squirreling" every 3 seconds. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I think all the Brits who say America is expensive are visiting California or New York City. Much of America is pretty cheap.

Lewis, those Woodwick candles last for ages and they smell wonderful, mostly like woodland scents. They have a slice of wood in their centers for wicks and they crackle like a wood fire when you burn them. My favorite candles!

Same here. Had a great condo on the third floor with no elevator. It was such a hassle carrying EVERYTHING up stairs. But, I was 25 and healthy.
Levi Jeans are durable for the price. They are mainly meant for trade workers (Mechanics, construction, road workers, mill workers) but for the price, a lot of teens will buy a few pairs for back to school because they are good quality jeans that last! And they have a good amount of pockets. Once you give them a few washes, the demin become comfortably soft!
